Marcus King capped off his “Four Of A Kind” virtual concert series Monday night by welcoming Elizabeth Cook, Early James, Jennifer Hartswick, Devon Gilfillian and other special guests to perform a selection of hits from “The Last Waltz.”
Marcus King wasted no time getting hot and heavy during night three of his ‘Four Of A Kind’ streaming tour from Nashville, where sucker punching instrumentals and fuzzy riffs were the theme of the night, breathing a new life into many of King’s own songs along with a slew of familiar covers.
Guitar phenoms Marcus King and Billy Strings reunited Monday evening, along with the jubilant soul-pop harmonies of Maggie Rose, for a star-studded second installment of King’s “Four of a Kind” virtual concert series
In addition to performing the entirety of his new album “El Dorado,” Marcus King also performed covers of B.B. King. Waylon Jennings and Nina Simone.
