FloydFest, one of Virginia’s premiere music festivals, today revealed an additional four acts for it’s 2021 gathering, all of which are artists who were originally scheduled to perform atop the Blue Ridge Mountains later this month if not for COVID-19.
The latest additions include Los Angeles-based rabble rouser and party clown Andy Frasco & The U.N. along with Connecticut-based indie-groove all-stars Goose, 2019 On the Rise winner Downtown Abby & The Echoes and 2019 On the Rise runner-up Hot Trail Mix (formerly ‘Mason Via & Hot Trail Mix’). The foursome join Grammy-nominated folk-rock group The Avett Brothers, who last month were the first act revealed for the rescheduled event.
According to festival organizers, a handful of other lineup additions will be revealed in the coming months, with the next one expected to drop in mid-August.
