LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 28, 2018) – Last week Cincinnati’s Arlo McKinley returned to Red Barn Radio with his band The Lonesome Sound for a soul and Americana drenched performance, which featured a mix of older material and songs to appear on the band’s upcoming record Die Midwestern. The show also featured an intimate interview with McKinley and his band with show hosts Brad Becker and Renee Collins in front of the largest audience in the near 17-year history of Red Barn Radio, topping previous crowds for Tyler Childers, Sunday Valley and others.

The Lonesome Sound is comprised of McKinley on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, Tyler Lockard on bass, David Faul on keys, Zac Roe on electric guitar, Sylvia Mitchell on fiddle and Aaron Cordell on drums.
